I designed this program to fit with me being a busy dad. Now that I am a dad I can really only afford to train 3 days a week, allowing only 1 to 1 and a half hours each workout. Thats not a ton of time, and I want to fit in a bunch of different things in that short span. I designed this program to be repeatable, flexible program that covers all the bases: strength, building muscle and athleticism.
Who This Program Is For
As the title says and above, its for the busy dad. Its really just for a, busy person. Dad or not a lot of us just don't have as much time as we wish we did to put towards the gym. A variety of factors, kids, work, activities or just life in general takes time. Thats why this program is for you. If you don't have a ton of time, this is for you.
These workouts can be done by pretty much anyone, I made it that way. I wanted a program that was easily done by busy people that still accomplishes the goal we set out to achieve, getting stronger, looking great and being generally athletic.
